De los Santos joins WI from The Clorox Company where he was Group Manager, Hispanic Entertainment Marketing. At WI, de los Santos will be based in Los Angeles reporting to Rochelle Newman-Carrasco, EVP Hispanic Market Strategist.

In addition to a strategic leadership role, de los Santos will be integral to business development of the agency’s Hispanic segment and related Total Market work.

With over 20 years of experience at agencies such as The Vidal Partnership, Team Enterprises and DVC Worldwide, de los Santos is expert in US Hispanic marketing, working with brands such as Tecate, Dos Equis, Direct TV, The Home Depot, JC Penney, Heineken, Trident, Johnnie Walker, Kingsford Charcoal, Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing, Glad and Clorox Liquid Bleach, among others.
