Balsera Communications has been named the agency of record by Vme Television, the first national Spanish-language public television network in the United States. Balsera will be leading public relations and public affairs strategies for Vme in the United States.
Balsera is known for its award winning campaigns for engaging the U.S. Hispanic market and has worked with a vast range of clients including NCLR, the UnitedHealth Foundation, the National Museum American Latino Commission (NMALC) and the Hispanic messaging for the Obama 2008 campaign.
