Owner of Vesper Public Relations, Mariluz González, was presented with a special recognition from the City of Los Angeles, La Feria de Los Moles & Union De Poblanos En El Exterior (UPEXT) for the successful publicity campaign of the 4th Annual Feria de Los Moles that took place October 9th in the heart of Los Angeles, Olvera Street, and which more than 30,000 people attended.

This year’s event was a successful occasion where media and blogs alike attended and enjoyed the annual culinary festivities. This is the company’s second year as the agency selected to promote the event, which brings together, entertainment, culture and flavor like no other, and which, thanks to the efforts of the Vesper team, has come to be known as a highly anticipated annual event, one that represents quality, fun, and the best of Mexico in the United States.

The 4th Edition Feria De Los Moles campaign had impressive coverage from Hispanic media, General Market & Mexico including Los Angeles Times, LA Weekly, CNN, La Opinion, Hoy, Notimex, EFE, La Jornada,  Television  Univision Primera Edicion, Lanzate, Despierta America, Primer Impacto,  Telemundo- Acceso Total, Buenos Dias, KWHY Ch. 22-Con Chile y Limón, Estrella TV, ESPN, as well as support from the new generations of “foodie” bloggers who had the opportunity to witness the step by step preparation of the exquisite mole in a private and exclusive setting.

Mariluz González is currently on her second year as radio co-host of KPFK ‘Travel Tips for Aztlan’ 90.7 FM & kpfk.org, with bilingual programming in Los Angeles, a post she shares with producer and founder Mark Torres. The team was highlighted in The Los Angeles Times (2009) for its innovative programming.  González is also the current director of the Hispanic Public Relations Association in the area of marketing for the third consecutive year.
