On Tuesday, December 3rd, 2013 LatinTRENDS magazine celebrated success, awarded excellence and acknowledged integrity during the Twelfth Annual Latino Trendsetter Awards & Scholarship Gala, a benchmark celebration, held at The Metropolitan Pavilion, in New York City’s trendy Chelsea district.
“I started these awards twelve years ago because I wanted to create a platform in which we could highlight people and recognize their work and achievements, and celebrate their successes. These are people that have real-life situations like so many of us, and I felt everyone needed to hear these stories,” said Juan Guillen, LatinTRENDS founder & CEO. “Trendsetters are men and woman who face obstacles and do not run away from them, and they do it with grace.
