TicketBust.com has always welcomed any driver who comes to them to fight traffic tickets, Hispanic or otherwise, but had never catered specifically to a certain population until now. The Hispanic population comprises more than 36.6% of the California population and 15.4% of the US population. The Hispanic population is expected to reach 50 million at the time of the 2010 Census tallying, up 42% since the last Census in 2000.
