Telemundo Phoenix / KTAZ today announced that Paola Morales has been named Multi-Media Journalist for Noticiero Telemundo Arizona, which airs weekdays at 4:30 PM, 5 PM and 10 PM and is simulcast on Telemundo Tucson / KHRR. Morales will join an enterprising team of journalists to deliver the live, local breaking news and information that is important to the Hispanic community in Arizona. Morales’ first day with Telemundo Phoenix is today and she will make her on-air debut this Friday.

Morales, who has worked as a freelancer for Telemundo Tucson for the past six months, has vast experience in reporting for Hispanic audiences all throughout Arizona. Prior to joining Telemundo, Morales worked as a reporter for Azteca America’s local television in Tucson and for the radio station La Poderosa 105.3 FM. Before this, Morales worked at Televisa’s local station in Hermosillo, Mexico and at the radio station La Kaliente 90.7 FM, also located in Hermosillo, Mexico.
Morales earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Science from Universidad de Sonora in Mexico. She resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
