Training is part of the “Latino Social Media for Social Good” Program Aimed to Empower the Non-Profit Community


WHAT:          Non-profit organizations serving Latino and multicultural communities in the Chicago area are invited to participate in a full day, free social media and communications training. The unprecedented free training, a partnership of Univision Communications and the Latino social media platform Hispanicize, is part of a multi-city national program called “Latino Social Media for Social Good.”

WHEN:          Thursday, November 17, 2011 – registration at 9 a.m.; workshop from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

WHERE:       Mujeres Latinas en Accion, 2124 West 21st Street, Chicago, IL 60608.

RSVP:             Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis exclusively for the non-profit community in the Chicago area. Attendees must RSVP by emailing their full contact information to Monique Rodriguez at morodriguez@univision.net by Tuesday, Nov. 15.
