HERNDON, Va.- VARCom Solutions, has been selected by the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHL) to provide marketing, public relations and business development support services. In this role, VARCom will assist with messaging and communications, media and public relations, and development of
fundraising opportunities.
