In Partnership with Garnier and TerraCycle, Patricia Supports The Cleaner Greener World Tour In an Effort to Get Consumers to Think Differently About Waste.

Fashion, beauty and image expert, Patricia Sturla, has teamed up with beauty brand, Garnier to introduce the new Garnier Fructis Pure Clean Shampoo and Conditioner. Both formulas are at least 92% biodegradable, non-ecotoxic and don’t leave behind residue that weighs hair down. Together, Patricia and Garnier are coming to Latinas in the Texas market. Patricia ispart of Garnier’s new program called The Cleaner Greener World Tour, in partnership with TerraCycle®, which educates consumers to think differently about their beauty waste, and to learn simple ways to make a positive impact on the environment.

From May to June, Patricia Sturla and Garnier will visit Dallas, San Antonio and El Paso to offer free samples of and demonstrations on their new Garnier Fructis Pure Clean line. Additionally, throughout the tour, millions of pieces of beauty and personal care waste are expected to be collected by Garnier for the purposes of reducing the amount sent to landfills. Through the sponsorship of a worldwide Personal Care and Beauty Brigade (individuals or groups who sign up to participate), as well as on-site collection bins, packaging will be collected and shipped to a TerraCycle® facility to be upcycled and recycled.

The Garnier Cleaner Greener World Tour will hit Texas on the following dates:

  • Dallas: Wednesday, May 25, 4:00-6:00 PM at Walmart Supercenter (1521 North Cockrell Hill Rd, Dallas, TX 75211)
  • San Antonio: Thursday, June 10, 3:00-5:00 PM at Walmart Supercenter (11210 Potranco Rd, San Antonio, TX 78253)
  • El Paso: Saturday, June 18

The new Garnier Fructis Pure Clean is their greenest haircare line yet. The Pure Clean Shampoo (94% biodegradable) and Conditioner (92% biodegradable) are non-ecotoxic and doesn’t leave behind residue or weight down strands. The lightweight formulas contain no silicone, paraben or dye. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are also made of PET, the most widely recycled plastic, and include 50% post consumer recycled plastics.
