Original Impressions, LLC, (OI), a full service marketing communications company, has received the prestigious 2011 Excellence in Customer Service Award from the SUBWAY restaurant chain and Independent Purchasing Cooperative (IPC).

Original Impressions was among six honorees globally to receive the distinguished award, which honors manufacturers and distributors who have demonstrated a commitment to excellent customer service and who have been proactive, creative and responsive to meeting the needs of the franchisees. The award was presented by Brian Wheeler on behalf of IPC and SUBWAY at the company’s 2011 Vendor Convention in San Francisco, California.

Excellence in Customer Service Award recipients were judged on a high standard of excellence in customer support and service, quality, and commitment to serving their customers. Original Impressions began its relationship with IPC and SUBWAY in 2003, initially providing print services. Today, Original Impressions provides creative, print, and fulfillment services to IPC and SUBWAY franchisees throughout the United States.
