AT&T welcomed New York Red Bulls forward Juan Agudelo to its newly-opened, high-tech wireless store in Washington Heights to meet fans and sign AT&T autograph cards. Â As part of the promotion, the first five guests who signed a two-year wireless service agreement or added an additional line to their wireless account received tickets to the upcoming sold-out New York Red Bulls-Los Angeles Galaxy game. Â Autographed merchandise was raffled off during Agudelo’s appearance and one lucky fan will be eligible to win a trip to Los Angeles to attend a Cup Match scheduled for November 20, 2011, via a text-to-enter, text-to-win sweepstakes that will be active until October 20, 2011.
Located at 614 West 181st Street near the intersection of Wadsworth Avenue, the new AT&T store is led by industry veteran Delvyn Fernandez and has a team of eight trained sales consultants; all are bilingual in Spanish and trained to assist customers – both business and consumer – with purchasing decisions, customer service and technical support.  Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
The new Washington Heights store brings the number of AT&T owned locations in Manhattan to 30. There are more than 60 AT&T owned stores in the five boroughs. Across metropolitan New York and northern New Jersey, AT&T has more than 135 AT&T owned locations. Â AT&T’s products and services are also available at a number of authorized dealer and national retail locations.
