The National Association of Hispanic Journalists honored four media companies that reflect NAHJ’s mission of dedication to the recognition and professional advancement of Latinos in media.

These companies, said NAHJ in a release, are making a concerted effort to increase the visibility of Latinos in their newsrooms, and working hard to accurately represent the Latino community in the media. They will be honored on Saturday, August 9th during the Hall of Fame Gala at NAHJ’s 2014 Convention in San Antonio when we celebrate our 30th anniversary.
