Media Latino launces two new divisions
MEDIA LATINO COMMUNICATIONS (MLC) has launched two new divisions, MLC ENTERTAINMENT and MLC RADIO. MLC ENTERTAINMENT will be headed up by TIM LUCE, an industry veteran with over 28 years of experience.

MLC RADIO was recently formed with acquisition of KBFW, an LMA in Fort Worth, TX, with more stations to be announced in the future. KBFW will now broadcast as MLC NETWORK LA NUMERO UNO. PEDRO GASC has been named GM of the station; he has over 20 years of experience in Hispanic Radio Management.

KBFW’s on-air lineup will feature ALEX EL GENIO LUCAS (mornings); D’TOCHO MOROCHO (middays), LA BRONCA (afternoon drive), and LA CHOKOLATA (evenings).
MLC recently opened a branch office in FT. WORTH, TX, hiring JESSICA FUENTES as its Affiliate Relations Dir. FUENTES has programmed stations in LOS ANGELES and KZAT/Tama, IA, and has also worked on the labels side with FONOVISA and VISA MUSIC. “JESSICA is a talented, bright, and accomplished individual, and we are lucky to have her on our team,” RIOS noted. “She brings a lot of value to the job, and her natural ability to interface within multiple levels throughout various organizations serves her well in this position.”
