Marketing and public relations firm, Creative Civilization, announced media expert Toni Ellard has joined the San Antonio-based agency as Director of Touchpoint Integration. In this role, Ellard will oversee the agency’s media buying and planning department and will lend her expertise in digital, traditional and non-traditional media touchpoint strategy for client campaigns.
Ellard brings a wealth of experience spanning 20 years in media planning, buying and research for Nestle USA and Procter & Gamble. Her regional client experience includes the San Antonio Convention & Visitors Bureau, San Antonio Metropolitan Health District, San Antonio Office of Cultural Affairs and Market Square.
Before joining Creative Civilization, Ellard served a dual role as group media director and media research director, where she led numerous media planning teams, supporting multiple divisions and brands for over 10 years.

Ellard is a Texas native who grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising. She is a member of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) San Antonio and the recipient of numerous awards including the Cable Plan of the Year and the Magazine Plan of the Year.
In 2005, Ellard was appointed to the Board of Directors for Hispanas Unidas, a San Antonio-based organization empowering women in all aspects of their lives, specifically education. Ellard also contributed her knowledge and expertise to the development committee for the Traffic Audit Bureau to influence the development of their new EYES ON technology in 2008.
