Chief Executive Officer and President of Marketing Maven, Lindsey Carnett, will be moderating the panel, “In with the Cool Kids: How Hispanic Millennials Drive Your Sales Through Technology,” at the Electronic Retailing Association’s Great Ideas Summit on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 in Miami, Florida.
Carnett will be joined by Cristy Clavijo-Kish, founding partner of Hispanicize and Latina Mom Bloggers. Clavijo-Kish is also founder and co-publisher of Los Tweens & Teens. Linda González, president of viva partnership, and chair-elect of AHAA—the Voice of Hispanic Marketing is also a panel member. The session will explore Hispanic marketing from the industry-wide perspectives of brands, media, and agencies. Attendees will learn how Hispanic millennials are engaged on their path to purchase, and how brands can capture demand and meet the needs of these consumers.
The session will examine how to provide a seamless shopping experience, provide a consistent experience for customers at multiple touch points, and apply research to purchase and fulfillment factors. Panel members Clavijo-Kish and González will provide examples of how brands are increasing sales by strategically adapting to how Hispanic millennials connect, converge, and close.
“Hispanic millennials are changing the way marketers scale their national strategy,” said Carnett. “I look forward to leading this panel to help brands and experts at the Great Ideas Summit learn how to scale their marketing opportunities to overcome challenges and reach their target demographic.”
