In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, Macy’s honors Rock and Roll Hall of Famer CarlosSantana as Macy’s 2012 Icon of Style with events in Macy’s stores across the country. Macy’s Hispanic Heritage Month events will take place at stores in nine cities including Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Miami and the San Francisco Bay area. Customers will have the opportunity to explore Carlos Santana’s influence in music and fashion via a panel of local style makers and industry experts who will discuss his impact of Latino culture. Events kick off September 20- October 13. From Latin music and refreshments to fashion presentations, the events will also offer fans the opportunity to receive a limited edition Carlos by Carlos Santana key chain. Carlos Santana will make a special appearance at the Herald Square, New York event on October 11th to personally thank his supporters during a special meet and greet with fans.
