DALLAS, TX – Latino Leaders Magazine has named Hispanic media entrepreneur Manny Ruiz, co-publisher of The Hispanic PR Blog and founder of Hispanic PR Wire, to its 2010 “Ones to Watch: Inspired Leaders” list. Ruiz was one of 15 leaders spotlighted in the January edition of the magazine. 
Latino Leaders Magazine said Ruiz was selected because he is “just at the cusp of riding the social media and Hispanic-centric PR waves. This unique position guarantees Ruiz a front row seat in the next decade’s growth in these sectors.”
Ruiz says the honor is a tribute to the Hispanic PR industry’s growing influence in the Hispanic marketing world.
“I’m humbled by this recognition and dedicate this honor to my friends in Hispanic PR field who through the years have given me the trust and support I needed to succeed,” said Ruiz, who this year is organizing the industry’s first ever Hispanic PR & Social Marketing Conference in Dallas, May 10-12. “It’s special to get this honor this year because 2010 marks the first time our industry expands with chapters nationally through the Hispanic Public Relations Association and with its own industry conference this May.”
