DIÁLOGO has won the United Latino Business Coalition (ULBC) Excellence in Business Award. Lucia Tovar-Matthews, the Hispanic-focused PR firm’s C.E.O. will accept the 2011 ULBC Service Provider of the Year for her leadership in the Latino business community and DIÁLOGO’s innovative service offerings during the ULBC Awards Dinner taking place on October 1 at the Phoenix Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
“We are honored to receive this award as it is a testament to our focus on converting awareness into tangible results that emanates throughout our organization,” said Lucia Tovar-Matthews, C.E.O. of DIÁLOGO.
Established in 2001, The ULBC creates business opportunities for Latino Owned Businesses as well as other minority/women owned businesses. Its program services include scholarship distributions, donations of school supplies, monthly networking mixers and business workshops.
According to Patti Tellez, ULBC Nominations Committee Chair, “Lucia’s accomplishments stood out among her peers and was recognized by the nomination committee as examples of “excellence” in our business community.”
