Basic Qualifications:
BS or BA degree or the equivalent. 6 or more years experience in corporate marketing, business development, creative development of marketing programs and promotions. 3 or more years experience in development and implementation of national programs and promotions targeting the Hispanic community.
Develops and executes national objectives and action plans which effectively engage the Hispanic community in support of Komen for the Cure. Mobilizes National and Affiliate staff and volunteers in support of the plan. Provides a visual representation of Komen’s commitment to engage all communities.
