Hispanic Market Weekly has named Gina González vice president of sales and marketing.
She will oversee sales efforts for Hispanic Market Weekly and its proprietary features, including CMO Essentials, HispanicSportsBusiness, and Hispanic Entertainment Business. In this new role, González reports to Arturo Villar, publisher of Hispanic Market Weekly.
A veteran of advertising sales, González was most recently director of marketing at Scripps Media Center and publisher of its HGTV Ideas & Food Network Magazine. During a five-year tenure at Scripps, she directed branded marketing strategies and developed programs responsible for generating revenue from non-traditional customers.
