South Florida Hispanic journalists and Latino bloggers came together at Coral Gables’ trendy CRAVE restaurant Wednesday for the final regional media mixer leading up to Hispanicize 2013, the fourth annual Latino trends event scheduled for Miami Beach, April 9-13. The evening’s featured signature drinks and delicious appetizers courtesy of CRAVE (http://www.craveamerica.com/location_coralgables.html) in the Village of Merrick Park in Coral Gables.

Hispanic Journalists & Blogger Mixer for Hispanicize 2013 Co-sponsored by Yo Soy Segundo in partnership with the Public Relations Society of America, PRODU, Hispanic Market Weekly and Latin Heat, the event gave journalists an opportunity to learn more about what they need to know about covering and/or attending Hispanicize 2013.

“If you’re wondering what day may be the most ‘important one’ to attend, the answer will almost certainly be everyday because every day will matter in some unique and powerful way,” said Manny Ruiz, founder and organizer of the event. “There is no weakness or let up to the schedule that you will soon see revealed and that’s by design.”

Among the attendees were journalists from the Associated Press, Univision, El Sentinel and many others including top Latino and multicultural bloggers.

Hispanicize 2013 (http://www.HispanicizeEvent.com) will take place April 9-13, 2013 at the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami Beach. (See the special 1-min. Hispanicize 2013 Preview video here: http://bit.ly/hispz13Rising).
