DALLAS, TX — Hispanic College Fund (HCF) has joined as a supporting sponsor of the Hispanic PR & Social Media Conference (www.hispanicprconference.com) being organized by the Hispanic Public Relations Association (HPRA) and the Hispanic PR Blog in partnership with the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) in Dallas, May 10-12.
