Leading, Independent Full Service Marketing Group Seeks the Right Leader for US Hispanic Expansion

Our group is seeking an entrepreneurial, senior level communications professional with expertise in the US Hispanic market to help us with our US Hispanic expansion plans.

Scope of Responsibility:
• Developing of New Business Presentations
• Business Development: Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing
• Collaborating with teams to develop strategic plans and programs.
• Presenting agency credentials to potential clients
• Identifying and responding to RFP opportunities

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent. MBA preferred
• 15+ years of consumer marketing experience
• At least 5 years of experience within a US Hispanic agency environment in new business development and account services.
• Fully Bilingual, oral and written Spanish and English fluency
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and business analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Superior partnering skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Knowledge of Hispanic media landscape
• Strong understanding of the digital/social media landscape.
