Spanish-language network FOX Life will kick off the New Year with new programming. In January,FOX Life premiers two new shows,“Sabores de Kenya,” where Kenyan Chef Kiran Jethwa guides viewers on an exciting gastronomical journey and “Locos por la Moda”with Chris March, celebrity fashion designer who gives fashionistas a glamorous inside look into the stylish world of fashion.
Starting on Tuesday, January 14 at 9PM ET/PT, FOX Life takes viewers on a gastronomic adventure. FOX Life’s new show, “Sabores de Kenya,” takes viewers to the most unknown parts of Kenya where acclaimed Kenyan Chef Kiran Jethwa shares the secrets of local dishes. Throughout the series, chef Kiran travels all over Kenya, meets with local tribes and learns about their legendary customs and territories to uncover hidden ingredients to use in exotic dishes that are prepared either in the middle of the savannah or his own restaurant in Nairobi. From collecting honey from wild bees and avoiding being struck by lightning while fishing in Lake Victoria, to sharing Masai rituals or helping the Dassanach tribe to fight crocodiles in Lake Turkana; a day in the life of Kiran Jethwa is a real adventure.
Chef Kiran Jethwa is owner of “Seven Seafood & Grill,” the most popular restaurant in Nairobi, Kenya. He is the son of an English mother and Indian father, whose cultures have influenced his plates. “Sabores de Kenya” is the combination of travel, adventure and exotic cuisine.
On Thursday, January 16 at 10PM ET/PT, FOX Life presents: “Locos por la Moda”to gives viewers a sneak peak at the eccentric fashion world from the point of view of a renowned designer and his stylish team. In a series filled with tension, Chris March, fashion designer to the stars, shares with viewers the unimaginable and unique designs he creates for his very demanding clientele.
Every day Chris and his team of designers respond to unusual requests from his loyal clientele, from shoe designer Ruthie Davis, to actresses Jennifer Coolidge and Dina Manzo, to model Chrissy Teigen to the daughters of Hip-Hop icon Rev Run of Run DMC.
