Fox International sells interest in U.S. Hispanic Broadcast network MundoFox to its partner RCN
New Ownership Structure to Take Immediate Effect
FOX International Channels (FIC) today announced that FIC has sold its interest in U.S. Spanish language broadcast network MundoFox to its joint-venture partner RCN Television Group (RCN).
MundoFox launched in the Fall of 2012 as only the 3rd major national broadcasting company to cater to the U.S. Hispanic market. The network has been home to such successful shows as EL CAPO, ALIAS EL MEXICANO, JOSE DE EGIPTO, SULEIMAN and 100 LATINOS DIJERON as well as national news program NOTICIAS MUNDOFOX.
