Entravision promotes Lilly Gonzalez to Executive Vice President of Integrated Marketing Solutions, East Coast

 

Entravision Communications Corporation, a diversified media company serving U.S. Latino audiences and communities, today announced the promotions of Lilly Gonzalez to Executive Vice President of Integrated Marketing Solutions (EVP – IMS), East Coast, and Humberto Hormaza to Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing Solutions (SVP – IMS), Orlando, effective immediately.

As a Regional Executive Vice President of Integrated Marketing Solutions, Lilly Gonzalez will serve as the team leader for all of Entravision’s East Coast cross-platform assets, including Washington D.C., Hagerstown, MD, Boston, MA, HartfordSpringfield, CT, Orlando, FL and Tampa, FL. She will be responsible for developing and executing hyper-local marketing packages for corporate and national initiatives, as well as providing analyses of regional audiences, advertisers and public affairs. Gonzalez will report directly to Mario M. Carrera, Entravision’s Chief Revenue Officer.

Gonzalez began her broadcasting career at Entravision’s Univision-affiliate WVEA-TV in Tampa, FL, where she was thereafter promoted to Senior Vice President of WVEA-TV Univision and WFTT-TV UniMas. She most recently served as Entravision’s Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing Solutions, Orlando. Committed to the betterment of the Hispanic community, Gonzalez currently serves on the Statewide Board for the Hispanic Business Initiative Fund. Furthermore, she was recognized as the 2014 Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Businesswoman of the Year, has been named one of Visión Magazine’s 25 Influential Hispanics in Central Florida, and in 2012 was granted the NFL Hispanic Leadership Award. Gonzalez earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

Succeeding Gonzalez, Humberto Hormaza has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing Solutions, Orlando. As a Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing Solutions, Hormaza will be responsible for driving client-based marketing campaigns and supporting Gonzalez in the Orlando market. He is a seasoned media executive, with more than 13 years of experience in the Hispanic entertainment industry. Hormaza previously served as a Vice President of Integrated Marketing Solutions for Entravision’s WVEN-TV, WOTF-TV and WNUE-FM stations.

“I am eager to take on new responsibilities as a Senior VP of IMS for Entravision,” said Hormaza. “I believe my experience in sales will help attract new advertising opportunities and further develop advertiser relations in the Orlando area.”

Gonzalez will closely manage and collaborate with all local Senior Vice Presidents of Integrated Marketing Solutions, including Hormaza, as well as Entravision’s operations, finance, strategy, and communications departments.
