In her new post, Lopez will strengthen the company’s account management and maximize the development of new digital communication strategies.

Lopez has 14 years experience in communication, traditional marketing, online and mobile marketing and editorial. Prior to joining Santa Cruz Communications, Danixa founded and headed On The Spot Media & Marketing, a communications and marketing agency that serviced companies focused on the U.S. Hispanic market and Latin America. Lopez also worked as marketing director for the independent labels The Roof Records and Perfect Image Records, as well as the latter’s parent company, Perfect Image Film & Video Production, where she was responsible for directing, developing and supervising the companies’ marketing, promotions and public relations strategies. At Perfect Image, she also worked as label manager and director of artist relations.
Danixa also worked as marketing and public relations manager for cable channel Telemundo Internacional. In that post, she developed and implemented affiliate marketing and corporate public relations campaigns. Previously, Danixa worked as entertainment producer for Telemundo’s morning show “Esta Mañana” and for the record label Warner Music Latina, where she was part of the press and publicity team. Lopez has a bachelor’s degree in communications and radio & television from the University of Puerto Rico, Arecibo.
