San Antonio’s largest full-service marketing communications agency, Bromley Communications, announces the addition of Nelda Carrizales to its public relations department.

“Nelda worked at Bromley, previously, and she was an integral part in our agency winning numerous national public relations industry awards,” says Deborah Charnes, Bromley’s vice president of public relations. “As our department and the agency are set to tackle new horizons, we look forward to tapping her prior agency practice, her award winning legacy, and her proven entrepreneurial experience. Nelda demonstrates the knowledge and maturity that ensures our clients’ creative, strategic and bottom line needs will be met to reach their desired target markets.”

During her prior tenure at Bromley, Carrizales was on one of the teams that reaped a multitude of honors from national and international organizations such as PRWeek, International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), Creativity in Public Relations Awards (CIPRA), Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and Texas Public Relations Association (TPRA), of which she also served as board member for a number of years.

Carrizales has practiced public relations for more than 15 years, 10 of which were as an independent public relations strategist and consultant. Her client experience, including years spent at Bromley, consist of managing accounts in the automotive sector, financial/banking, non-profits, packaged goods, political/public affairs, telecommunications, and retail.

Among the public relations clients Carrizales will manage are the National Pork Board, Susan G. Komen, MillerCoors and United Healthcare.
