The Burson-Marsteller Miami office is looking for an exceptional top tier professional at the Director level, with an entrepreneurial profile, to expand and lead our U.S. Hispanic Practice. The person we are seeking will have strong ties into the U.S. Hispanic community and will come from either a global consulting/communications firm or a leading multinational company.
This person will assume a leadership role at the agency, and will contribute to the growth and performance of the company by leading large complex client relationships and programs, generating significant new business, managing profit and loss, overseeing capacity, and enhancing the firm’s intellectual capital by driving innovation, developing new products and services, and leveraging our strategic platform of knowledge, insights and ideas.
- Person must be very familiar with the social media space and have a deep understanding of the U.S. Hispanic consumer, both at a local and national level.
- Candidates must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish), with strong writing skills in both languages, and outstanding communication and presentation skills.
