PARSIPPANY, N.J., – B&G Foods announces its latest partnership with Mexican Chef Aaron Sanchez to promote Las Palmas Chile Enchilada Sauces. Recipe integration segments will air on Telemundo’s Acceso Total, on laspalmassauce.com, bgfoods.com, and on the Telemundo local station websites.
Chef Sanchez, best known as a Celebrity Chef on TV and for his award-winning restaurants Centrico and Paladar in New York, will be featured on Telemundo stations across the country, as he cooks up original recipes highlighting the versatility and authenticity of Las Palmas Red and Green Chile Enchilada Sauces. Sanchez, who grew up in a traditional Mexican household, naturally took to Las Palmas as a mainstay ingredient in his native signature dishes.
“Las Palmas Chile Enchilada Sauce reminds me of one of my first food
memories I discovered in my mother’s kitchen as a child. It was easy
and a pleasure for me to adapt this ingredient into some of my
favorite dishes, touching on flavor profiles I’ve grown up with since
I was a boy,” explained Chef Sanchez.
The recipe integration segments will air on Telemundo’s Acceso Total
shown on Telemundo-owned stations in Los Angeles, Phoenix, and San
Francisco, and segments will air during Telemundo’s morning show,
Levantate in San Diego and Sacramento. The Telemundo promotion begins
on March 8, 2010 and runs through mid-April 2010.
Sanchez and his recipes will also be featured on laspalmassauce.com, bgfoods.com, and on the Telemundo local station websites. Print
materials will appear in store at point-of-sale and in free-standing inserts in Sunday newspapers. Additional campaign elements include
personal appearances and product sampling to promote the flavorful
taste of both the green and red chile enchilada sauces.
