Alpaytac, a marketing and public relations agency based in Chicago, has been named as a finalist for the following three prestigious 2011 “Platinum PR Awards” by the leading industry publication PR News.

  • “Small Firm of the Year”
  • “Best Branding”
  • “Best Multicultural Campaign”

Alpaytac’s third consecutive nomination for “Small Firm of the Year” comes as a result of longstanding relationships with clients and the impact the agency has made on the growth of their businesses, by delivering outstanding results and cutting-edge social media techniques.

Alpaytac was also named as a finalist for the “Best Branding” and “Best Multicultural Campaign” awards for the company’s efforts to brand and market Bellator Fighting Championships (a mixed martial arts promotion) and for leading it to a historic TV contract with MTV2. The multicultural nomination came as recognition for the successful introduction of Bellator to the Hispanic market by reaching over 59,000,000 impressions among the Hispanic community this past year.

“Companies who trusted their brands to Alpaytac saw their businesses boom this past year,” said Alpaytac’s CEO, Huma Gruaz. “This recognition is a testament to Alpaytac’s commitment to excellence and we remain dedicated to building our clients’ brands by developing industry-leading PR and social media campaigns.”

Gruaz was named “2010 Brand Marketer of the Year” by PR News. Alpaytac received the 2010 BrandSmart Award of Distinction for “Best New Product or Service Launch” from the American Marketing Association’s Chicago Chapter. The company also recently became the U.S. lead agency for ECCO, the world’s largest network of independent agencies. Through ECCO, Alpaytac provides international PR and marketing services for its clients looking to launch their brands across the globe.
