Bauzá & Associates earned a 2013 Gold PRSA Mercury Award in Creative Tactics for their “Latinos United for Professional Advancement” campaign. Hosted by the Connecticut Valley, Southern Connecticut Westchester/Fairfield chapters of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), and presented by WTIC’s Joe D’Ambrosio, this year’s Mercury Awards ceremony was held on June 13th at the Pond House Grille in Glastonbury, CT.

Created in 1996 by the Connecticut Valley Chapter the Mercury Awards recognize outstanding work in the public relations, communications and marketing disciplines. LUPA was created in partnership with State Farm to bring together and foster the advancement of the Latino professional community in Connecticut. Its mission is to provide a forum for Latino professionals in Connecticut who seek to advance their careers and their community. LUPA is an open organization that promotes advancement through networking, and social and professional development opportunities. Bauzá & Associates successfully branded LUPA by joining social media outlets as well as series of networking events for professionals in Hartford.
