MIAMI, FL – Balsera Communications managing partner Freddy Balsera has been named one of Florida’s Top 10 Democrats by Politics Magazine. The story titled “The Influencers: Florida,” names the 100 most influential “opinion brokers” in the state. 
Balsera, a Cuban American, and partner David Duckenfield were key Hispanic PR strategists for President Obama during the 2008 election campaign. The Miami-based agency also announced that it has recently launched a second satellite office in Washington, DC.
