We had the chance to have an exclusive chat with a major US retail company and their thoughts behind their new Spanish language website and social media channels geared to serve both Hispanic and English speaking Hispanics here in the US, Puerto Rico and Latin America.

Why Sears Latino?
We spent quite a bit of time selecting the name, we even polled our Latino associates to help us decide. We want our social media program to be very comprehensive, including people living in Latin America as well as US Hispanics. We felt that Latino best conveyed the scope of our initiatives.
