Walmart recognized by LATINA Style as one of 50 best companies for Latinas to work for in the U.S
Walmart was recognized by LATINA Style Inc., leading company addressing the needs of professional Latinas in the United States, as one of the top ten companies in their LATINA Style 50 Report— an evaluation of corporate America’s career advancement opportunities for Latinas.
The awards were announced on February 9th at the 19th Annual LATINA Style 50 Awards & Diversity Leaders Conference in Washington D.C.
Vickie Chinchar, Vice President of Global Shared Services at Walmart, was recognized as one of the 2016 Top 10 Corporate Latina Executives of the Year; and Walmart’s Hispanic Latino Associate Resource Group was honored as one of the 2016 Top 15 Employee Resource Groups of the Year. Ana F. Arguello, Walmart International’s Director of Merchant Leverage/Supplier Management, and also Chair of the Hispanic Latino Associate Resource Group, received the ERG recognition on behalf of the Hispanic Latino Associate Resource Group.
