CA Technologies Named One of Best Companies for Multicultural Women
CA Technologies has been named to the Working Mother 2011 Best Companies for Multicultural Women. The award honors companies that dedicate themselves to bringing more perspectives to the decision-making table by holding managers accountable for recruiting, retaining and promoting multicultural women.
CA Technologies is firmly focused on fostering diversity both inside and outside the company. In support of these efforts, the company offers numerous programs to encourage the advancement of multicultural women including, leadership development, mentoring, rotation, job shadowing and associate programs.
