Fontana will feature a traditional Italian holiday-inspired four-course menu crafted by Chef Giuseppe Galazzi. Guests will surely find items to stimulate the palate and tease the senses. Dishes include grilled eggplant parmigiana, Chilean seabass, filet mignon, and chocolate mousse cake. Palme d’Or will serve a five-course menu by Chef Rogelio featuring elegant twists on French holiday-inspired dishes such as veal with spinach purée, wild mushrooms, potato tri-color carrots and sage veal jus or a beef tenderloin with sunchoke purée, sunchoke confit, asparagus, black peppercorn demi and a traditional Buche de Noel chocolate or fruit for dessert.
Continue the Christmas morning cheer and festivities by attending the Fontana’s Christmas Day Brunch. Featuring traditional favorites, seasonal specialties and a host of delectable desserts, this holiday brunch is the perfect holiday family occasion.
