NEW YORK, NY – The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Diversity Committee will host Manny Ruiz, Co-Publisher of the Hispanic PR Blog and organizer of the 2010 Hispanic PR & Social Media Marketing Conference (www.HispanicPRConference.com) as the speaker for a national Virtual Idea Swap teleseminar focused on Hispanic Social Media on Monday, May 3 at 2 p.m. ET.

The free Virtual Idea Swap will be the first one held free by the PRSA Diversity Committee.  Ruiz, the top marketing blogger on Hispanic PR and social media topics, will share information about this unique topic and current facts about the Hispanic social media space.

During this swap, Ruiz will discuss the following questions:

· What are the challenges of reaching Latinos in the U.S. through social media?

· What are the latest trends?

· What resources do you use to reach Latinos in the U.S. through social media?

This is a great opportunity to informally learn more about this topic, implement new ideas, share your experiences, ask your questions and find out more information.  The session will be moderated by Sonia Sroka, Chair of the PRSA Diversity Committee and Vice President of Hispanic Marketing at Porter Novelli.

About the Presenter

Manny Ruiz is co-publisher of the Hispanic PR Blog, the leading marketing trade journal of the Hispanic public relations and social media industries, and the founder/organizer of the Hispanic PR & Social Media Conference <http://www.hispanicprconference.com/> .
