Century 21 partners with Pólvora Advertising to further connect with the Hispanic community
Century 21 Real Estate LLC, has announced that it will partner with the full-service Hispanic and digital agency, Polvora Advertising, to further concentrate on meeting the unique needs of the diverse Latino communities.

Partnering with Polvora Advertising, is yet another significant action taken by CENTURY 21 toward being an organization that reflects all of the faces of the consumers its System members serve in local markets across the globe.

The announcement of Polvora Advertising as the brand’s Hispanic and digital agency comes on the heels of the company’s exclusive real estate brand sponsorship of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals’ (NAHREP) “53 Million & One: Nuevo Latino Tour,” a theatrical presentation being shown in 25 cities across the United States. In addition, the brand’s Spanish-only website, espanol.century21.com, was introduced to market in 2014 with translated listings and content, and the ability for users to search for homes by school-related criteria like top-rated schools and student-teacher ratios, create listing alerts, and sort and filter data using interactive mapping tools that zoom, pan and draw the precise location to find the available homes for sale.
